Alex is a Certified Personal Trainer with over two decades of experience in weight-lifting and fitness. He works with each client to develop realistic and achievable goals, as well as providing them with the tools they need to maintain their progress long-term. With his knowledge and expertise, he empowers his clients to make lifelong changes that go beyond the gym.
